Introduction
The Multifunctional Crane for Electrolytic Aluminum is a key process equipment specially developed for large-scale prebaked anode electrolytic aluminum production, which can adapt to special working environments such as high temperature, high current, strong magnetic field, heavy dust and HF flue gas. It integrates multiple process operation functions, comprehensively meets the production needs of prebaked anode electrolytic cells, and provides strong support for the efficient and stable operation of the electrolytic aluminum production line.​ The unit is composed of a crane travel mechanism, bridge structure, tool trolley, aluminum tapping trolley, hydraulic and pneumatic system, electrical control system and other components, with its core being the tool trolley. The tool trolley consists of a trolley travel mechanism, trolley frame, tool slewing mechanism, crust breaking mechanism, anode changing mechanism, slag fishing mechanism, feeding mechanism, cab slewing mechanism and other components, which lay a solid foundation for the realization of various process operations. The whole machine is controlled by frequency conversion and PLC, and adopts two operation modes of cab and remote control, which can cooperate with each other or be controlled independently, ensuring flexible and convenient operation.​ This multifunctional crane can complete a variety of process operations of prebaked anode electrolytic cells. It can perform crust breaking operations to open the electrolyte crust and add electrolytes such as alumina and fluoride salts to the electrolytic cell, and also independently complete the feeding operation of electrolytes such as alumina and fluoride salts. It is capable of anode changing, which involves unscrewing, lifting, lowering and tightening the spiral fixture, hoisting away the spent anode and replacing it with a new one, and can also carry out slag fishing operations. For aluminum tapping, it can complete vacuuming, aluminum tapping, hoisting and metering as well as display and printing. In addition, it can lift the anode busbar by hoisting the anode busbar lifting frame, and undertake maintenance work, including the installation and maintenance of the upper structure and lower tank shell of the electrolytic cell, as well as other scattered hoisting tasks.​ With comprehensive functions, stable performance and flexible operation, the Multifunctional Crane for Electrolytic Aluminum has been widely used in the electrolytic aluminum industry, and has been highly praised by the majority of users for its reliability and efficiency.
Application Scenario
