Introduction
The Multifunctional Baking Crane is a specialized process crane for the anode carbon block baking process, serving as the core operating equipment for anode carbon block baking furnaces. Equipped with a vacuum material conveying system, dust removal and cooling system, and anode carbon block clamp device, it integrates multiple modules to realize full-process operation of the anode baking line, ensuring efficient, stable and safe production.​ The whole machine mainly consists of a tool trolley, bridge structure, crane travel mechanism, electric hoist and electrical control system, adopting variable frequency control combined with PLC control for precise and smooth operation. As the core functional part, the tool trolley is equipped with a suction and discharge system, clamp device, trolley frame, trolley travel mechanism and operator’s cab to support various operating functions.​ The crane has complete practical functions covering the entire anode carbon block baking process. It can load unbaked anode blocks into the roasting furnace pits for efficient charging. After charging, it fills granular coke from the material box into the gaps between the roasting furnace and anode blocks and covers the top to ensure baking quality. After baking, it can suck the furnace filling material into the storage bin for energy-saving and environmentally friendly recycling, and take out baked anode blocks to the conveyor belt or designated location for efficient discharging.​ In addition to core baking operations, the crane undertakes auxiliary lifting tasks. The trolley is equipped with an auxiliary suction pipe for flue cleaning and dust removal to maintain a clean production environment. A 10t electric hoist on the bridge structure handles burners and maintains the baking furnace, reducing manual intensity and improving maintenance efficiency.​ With integrated design, precise control and comprehensive functions, the Multifunctional Baking Crane optimizes the anode carbon block baking process, reduces production costs and ensures stable continuous production, making it an indispensable key equipment in the anode carbon block production line.
Application Scenario
Multifunctional Baking Crane is mainly applied to all links of the baking industry production process, covering food baking, industrial baking and other fields. In food baking factories, it is widely used in raw material storage areas to hoist and transfer flour, sugar, oil and other raw materials; in baking workshops, it is used to move and position baking trays, baking molds, semi-finished products and finished products, realizing automatic and efficient transfer between different production processes; in finished product warehouses, it undertakes the loading, unloading and stacking of baked finished products, matching the production rhythm. It is also applicable to industrial baking scenarios, such as the hoisting and transfer of baking equipment, molds and processed workpieces, adapting to the high-temperature working environment and ensuring the smooth progress of industrial baking production.
