Introduction
The Precast Beam Moving Gantry Crane is a specialized gantry crane designed for the hoisting, loading, unloading and transfer of precast beams in large-scale bridge construction projects. It integrates advanced structural design and functional configuration, which can effectively meet the high-standard requirements of precast beam handling, and provide efficient, safe and stable support for bridge construction.
Application Scenario
This crane is mainly used for the loading, unloading and transfer of large-scale bridge precast beams, and is widely applied in large-scale bridge construction projects such as highways, railways and urban viaducts. It is suitable for multi-span bridge construction scenarios due to its 90° rotation function of the main crane, which can flexibly adapt to the layout of different spans and construction sites. In addition, it can also be used for the transfer of precast beams between beam making platforms, beam storage yards and beam transport vehicles, as well as the auxiliary assembly and disassembly of bridge erecting machines, and the erection of dry bridges with low piers.

Equipped with special spreaders, the crane is specially designed for the handling of large-scale bridge precast beams, ensuring stable and reliable hoisting and avoiding damage to precast beams during the handling process. The main crane can realize 90° rotation, which greatly improves the flexibility of operation, adapts to multi-span use needs, and reduces the limitations of the construction site layout on the crane operation.
The hoisting system adopts four-point hoisting and three-point balancing technology, which effectively ensures the balanced force of the steel wire ropes, reduces the wear of the steel wire ropes, extends the service life of the equipment, and ensures the safety and stability of the hoisting process.
